Bourjois 24H Color Edition Cream to Powder Eyeshadow review

Cream eyeshadow are renowned for their creasing so I was interested in seeing how Bourjois Color Edition 24H Cream to powder texture eyeshadow would perform.

The product aims to give a ultra luminous finish with the eyeshadow setting in a powder format. Available in six shades, taupe, bronze, grey, dusky pink, blue and green the collection provides a simple palette collection suitable for a whole range of events.

For the purpose of the review I am reviewing shade 2- Desir a bronze gold shade. The eyeshadow has a firm silky texture that glided effortlessly onto my eye. The product was easy to apply and after application took on the effect of a powder eyeshadow. Despite having a creamy formulation the eyeshadow didn't crease at all and lasted throughout the day without budging. The colour was a bright gold and had a really nice luminosity that sparkled when the light hit it.

True to its word Bourjois Color Edition 24h eyeshadow changes from cream to powder on application and has amazing luminosity. I give it 4/5

Advantages
  • Gives a gorgeous glow
  • Doesn't crease
  • Product performs exactly as it claims
  • Perfect for a casual daytime look
  • The little plastic pot is lightweight and easy to carry around
 Disadvantages
  •  Whilst the eyeshadow physically stays on all day the colour does fade slightly
